Cynthia Gallagher is an entrepreneur with over 38 years of business development. 

Our leader has always been driven by her passion to help others in any of her endeavors. After becoming a Certified ZONO Technologist, Cynthia is the first to introduce The ZONO Ultimate Disinfecting and Sanitizing Cabinet to the Senior Living Environment.  Her passion is to ensure that all facilities create the most disinfected and sanitized environment for our loved ones and staff. 

Cynthia brings with her an array of expertise from overseeing 500 representatives in financial institutions, to  training hundreds in oversees telecommunications staff.  She has extensive experience in computer systems/programming, compliance, start-up business, architectural restoration and design of ecclesiastical art,  marketing, sales and is an inventor.  

 Cynthia attended University of Delaware, Business Economics, and catechesis certification at University of Dayton.

Miranda Charles is an Audiologist and Healthcare Executive with over 20 years experience in the Hearing Healthcare Industry. 

Her passion to educate on the benefits of patient and clinical best practices comes from her impressive background which spans from Pediatric Audiology to Veterans affairs. It's this passion that brought her to Senior Living Technologies as Global Vice President.  

She is committed to building  a platform that will offer peace of mind to our healthcare providers.   She has extensive experience in pediatric and educational audiology, vestibular testing and therapy, APD, hearing aid verification fitting and troubleshooting, business development and non profit management.

 Miranda graduated from both West Virginia University and the University of Pittsburgh with her Masters degree in Audiology.

Michelle Biller is an educator with over 9 years of experience teaching.

Michelle's compassion in education is where she is highly gifted. In her role as an educator, she has supported students as a classroom teacher and as an Interventionist, helping students make strides in reading and math.

She is passionate about educating individuals and is committed to lifelong learning.

 In her current role as a Certified ZONO Technologist, she educates health care professionals, schools and organizations about this new, innovative technology that helps combat bacteria and viruses, and providing peace of mind. 

Michelle earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from Towson University. Michelle is currently continuing  M. Ed. in Reading Instruction with a Reading Specialist Certification from Goucher College

Madalynn is number one in any endeavor she pursues. She graduated magna cum laude and top 40 of her class from the Culverhouse School of business at the University of Alabama with a degree in marketing and sales. She has extensive experience with Artist management and rebranding as well as maintains social media accounts for clients. Madalynn has also built up her own brand social media platforms for influencing.

Matt graduated from the University of Alabama with a Major in Marketing and a Minor Computer Science.  Matt grew up seeing first hand how critical quality sanitizing and disinfecting is to healthcare, as both his parents are doctors.  Matt has experience in Tech Sales and has continuously been the top producer per quarter. Not only is he tech savvy but his personality will always put a smile on your face and brings the room to light.
